Men live, on average, about 6 years less than women, and a big part of the gap is preventable: missed screenings, untreated cardiovascular risk, undiagnosed mental health issues, and conditions men don't talk about until they're worse. We make it easy to handle all of it in one place.

01

What we cover

Men's health at Lifetime Vitality Clinic includes the full preventive picture plus the conditions that disproportionately affect men:

  • Cardiovascular screening: blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, calcium scoring
  • Prostate screening with shared decision-making (PSA + exam)
  • Low testosterone evaluation and management
  • Erectile dysfunction (ED) workup and treatment
  • Sexual health and STI testing
  • Mental health: depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep, alcohol
  • Weight loss, including GLP-1 medications when appropriate
  • Cancer screening: colon, prostate, lung (if smoker), skin
02

Low testosterone, done right

Low T is real, but it's also commercialized into oblivion by clinics that prescribe testosterone to anyone with a pulse. We test properly (early-morning total testosterone, repeated and confirmed), rule out reversible causes, and only treat when it's clinically indicated, with close monitoring.

03

ED, frankly

Erectile dysfunction is common, treatable, and often a signal of something else (cardiovascular disease, low T, depression, medication side effects, untreated diabetes). We work it up properly and treat it, including PDE5 inhibitors like sildenafil and tadalafil when appropriate, without making it a bigger deal than it is.

Questions, Answered

Frequently asked questions.

Don’t see your question? Reach out and we’ll answer it directly.

What screenings do men actually need?
At minimum: blood pressure annually, cholesterol every few years, diabetes screening starting at 35–45, colon cancer screening at 45, and a PSA conversation around 50 (earlier with family history). We'll personalize the rest.
Should I get tested for low testosterone?
Worth a conversation if you have persistent symptoms, low energy, low libido, loss of muscle, erectile dysfunction, depressed mood. Testing should be done with an early-morning blood draw on two separate occasions before treatment is considered.
Can you prescribe testosterone replacement therapy?
Yes, for patients with confirmed low testosterone and appropriate clinical context. We monitor labs, hematocrit, prostate health, and cardiovascular markers throughout treatment.
Do you prescribe ED medication?
Yes. After an appropriate evaluation, we prescribe sildenafil, tadalafil, and other treatments. We also work up the underlying causes. ED is often the canary, not the disease.
